Pakoda is everyone's favorite tea time snack. Indian streetfood is full of pakodas or fritters. There are so many types of pakoras like potato pakoda, onion, gobhi, bread...etc there is only difference of key ingredient.
So there are so many pakoras to make your tea time perfect.
Today I'm gonna share gobhi or cauliflower pakodas or fritters.
It's a very easy and quick recipe and you can prepare yummy street style pakoras at home.
So let's make yummy crispy pakora of gobhi..

INGREDIENTS:-

Gobhi or cauliflower - 500gm
Water 3 cups to boil gobhi
Besan - 1.5 cup
Finely chopped Green chili - 2
Finely chopped onion - 2
Ginger paste 1/4 tsp.
Red chili powder 3/4 tsp.
Salt as required
Heeng 1/4 tsp
Crushed cumin 3/4 tsp.
Crushed black pepper - 3/4 tsp.
Crushed cloves - 4
Sonf or fennel seeds - 1.5 tsp
Ajwayan - 1/2 tsp.
Green coriander leaves handful
Oil to deep fry

DIRECTIONS:-

first wash cauliflower properly and separate it in small buds or pieces.
               

  • Now boil water in a deep pan.
  • Add cauliflower buds in it and boil them for 2-3 min.
  • Meanwhile chop all the veggies.
  • Now rinse water after boiling gobhi.
  • Take gobhi in a bowl.
  • Now we'll add veggies in it.
  • Add green chili, onion, ginger paste and coriander leaves.
  • Now add spices in it.
                                 
  

  • Add salt, red chili powder, heeng, crushed pepper and cloves, crushed cumin seeds, salt , sonf and ajwayan(you can add your favorite spices according you)
  • Now mix all these very well with your hand.
  • Now add besan in this mixture.
                    

  • Add very little water and mix gobhi with this besan properly.
                       

  • Mixture is ready to fry gobhi pakodas.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan.
  • Fry small piece of cauliflowers one by one.
  • Cook fritters for 2-3 min.
  • Fritters are ready serve hot with green chutney and garma garam cup of tea.
