INGRIDIENTS:-
- Coriander leaves-1 cup
- Green chili- 1
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Garlic cloves - 3
- Soaked chana Dal(1tsp) or peanut(3tsp) or cashew(3-4)
- Black salt - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Water - as required
DIRECTIONS:-
If you are making raw chutney of anything then it's the simplest recipe all you need to do is just add all ingredients in blender and blend them into the smooth paste.
- Fir add all ingredients in blender except water and blend it for few seconds.
- now add water in it according to the consistency you want and blend it again.
- Chutney is ready just in two steps enjoy chutney with your favorite dish.
