Every Indian food is incomplete without chutney. Then whether it is kachori , samosa or panipuri there are so many snacks which are incomplete without chutney. Chutneys play an important role to add flavor in so many dishes. There are many types of chutneys like green chutney, mint chutney, sweet raw mango chutney, garlic chutney, coconut chutney, imli chutney, peanut chutney etc...
Chutneys can be prepared with herbs, fruits, vegetables and spices.
Here we are preparing green coriander chutney which is easy to make and you can prepare it just in minutes. This chutney goes well with pakoras, samosas, kachori, panipuri, chaat etc...

INGRIDIENTS:-


  • Coriander leaves-1 cup
  • Green chili- 1
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch
  • Garlic cloves - 3
  • Soaked chana Dal(1tsp) or peanut(3tsp) or cashew(3-4) 
  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Water - as required

DIRECTIONS:-

If you are making raw chutney of anything then it's the simplest recipe all you need to do is just add all ingredients in blender and blend them into the smooth paste.
                   

               
  • Fir add all ingredients in blender except water and blend it for few seconds. 
                     

  • now add water in it according to the consistency you want and blend it again. 
                         

  • Chutney is ready just in two steps enjoy chutney with your favorite dish.
