Yes, here we are talking about the very yummy and easy recipe of sandwich.
Now you don't need to go out to have sandwich yes, if you can prepare it at home why to go out.
So guys today's recipe is yummy veg tava sandwich.
This is a perfect recipe for your breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner which can be prepared with easily available ingredients in your kitchen.
So let's prepare this  basic veg cheese tava sandwich.

INGRIDIENTS:-

Bread slices:- 10
Butter cubes - 3 or 4 tsp. Desi ghee
Green chutney - 6 tsp
Boiled grated or mashed Potatoes - 250 gm.
Grated Ginger- 1tsp
Finely chopped Green chili - 1
Finely chopped onion - 2 medium sized
Finely chopped tomato- 1 medium sized
Oil for fry - 1.5 tbs
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Heeng - 1/4 tsp.
Salt as required
Coriander powder - 1 tsp.
Chat Masala - 1.5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
Coriander leaves - handful

DIRECTIONS:-

1.For sandwich first boil potatoes and mash or grate them.
2.To prepare aloo masala for sandwich heat Oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and heeng in it.
3. Add green chili and grated or Crushed ginger in it.
4. Stir well.
5. Now add chopped onion and tomatoes in it.
                   
6. Add salt , coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala and Chaat masala in it and mix them well with veggies.
                 
7. Cook it for 1 min in low flame.
8. Now add boiled grated aloo in it and mix it well.
Masala is ready garnish it with coriander leaves.
                 

9. Take 2 slices of bread
                   
10. Spread butter or Desi ghee over one side of each slice.
11. On same side spread green chutney and aloo masala.
                     

12.Now place a cheese spread slice on it.
                     
Place another bread on slice on it.
13. Heat a tawa, keep it on low flame and add a small cube of butter or you can use Desi ghee. Spread this on tawa and place sandwich on it.
                   
14. On other side apply butter. Cook both sides of sandwich till golden color as shown in video.
                         

Sandwich is ready enjoy it with your favorite chutney or sauce.
