Maggi is always go-to food when nothing else works. So today's recipe for all who can finish a full bowl of Maggi in one go. Yes I am also a Maggi lover and can finish a full bowl of maggi but condition is Maggi should be Masala Maggi.
As we all know Maggi has tag of 2 minutes but this Maggi will take 10 minutes but believe me guys you will finish it by licking your plate.
So we can say nothing tastes better than a bowl of garma garam Maggi prepared with lots of masalas.

INGREDIENTS:-

  • maggi 2 pack
  • Oil 1 tbs 
  • Jeera 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Seed 1/2 tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Green chillies 1
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Carrot 1 
  • Green peas handful
  • Tomato 1 
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves handful

DIRECTIONS:-

  • Add 1/2 tbs oil in a heated pan.
  • Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and pinch of Hing
                         

  • Now we'll add all veggies one by one first add green chillies and onion and cook for 1 min.
  • Now add carrot and green peas and cover pan with lid and cook for 2 min.
  • Now add tomatoes and other spices like turmeric,salt,red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
                         

  • Stir well and cook for more 1 min.
  • Now add Maggi masala in it and take this all mixture in another bowl.
                         


  • Now add 3 cup of water in same pan in which we prepared maggi masala.
                           

  • Add 2 pack of Maggi in it and cook for 3 min.
                         


  • Now add that cooked masala in it and stir well 
                           




  • Garnish it with handful green coriander leaves.
                     

  • Maggi is ready serve it with garma garam with tea or coffee.
